This website is operated by Attic Finds. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Attic Finds. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

Accuracy of Information
We take care to ensure all product descriptions, measurements, photographs and condition notes are accurate. However, many of our items are vintage or mid-century pieces and may show age-related wear. These characteristics form part of the value and appeal of the items.
If you are unsure about any aspect of a product, we encourage you to request additional information, photographs or viewings prior to purchasing.
Product Availability
Our items are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they are no longer available. We reserve the right to remove or update listings at any time.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment is required at checkout for the item(s) purchased.
Shipping or delivery fees for medium and heavy items are invoiced separately after a quote is provided.

Small items ship at a flat rate.
Medium and heavy items require a custom freight quote.
Wednesday delivery to Melbourne is available by quote.
Free pickup is available in Bendigo, with exact address provided following order confirmation.
Customers may also arrange their own courier or freight provider.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, third-party couriers, traffic, weather or other events outside our control.
Condition of Vintage Items
All pieces sold by Attic Finds are vintage, mid-century or pre-owned. Signs of age, patina, use and wear are normal and expected. These are not considered defects.
By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of vintage items and accept that condition is part of the appeal and character of the product.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, fit, size, colour variation or expectation mismatch.
A refund may be considered only if an item has been fundamentally misrepresented.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt and must include clear photographs and a detailed explanation.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Customer-Arranged Shipping
If you choose to arrange your own courier or freight provider, Attic Finds is not responsible for damage, delays or issues occurring once the item is released to your chosen carrier.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or any content for unlawful purposes, to violate any regulations, to infringe intellectual property, to harass or abuse others, or to upload malicious code that may harm the website or users.
Limitation of Liability
Attic Finds is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use any item, or from delays related to shipping, delivery or third-party carriers.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
